Unless you instruct us otherwise, now or subsequently, we will keep your email address for the sole purpose of advising you of future Go related events.

We will not use your email address for any other purpose.

Your participation in an event organised by us signifies you agree that:

	your tournament results will be published by the British Go Association (BGA) and entered into the European Go Database (EGD). This includes: your name, your registered or assigned rank, your club (if any) and nationality or country in which you reside as well as the results of your games. If you have concerns regarding this submission, please contact us.
	your picture can be taken and used for reporting on the event and for the promotion of Go. Please inform us of any concerns about such use when registering on-site to allow us to prepare accordingly. If you want to revoke your permission for such use later please contact us
